At Mawabro, our utmost priority is to provide you with exceptional products that meet your expectations. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied and wish to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at namasthe@mawabro.com. We are dedicated to assisting you throughout the process.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or laundered products.

Return:

Presently, we do not offer a pickup service for returns. You may arrange to courier the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it, ensuring to include the original bill receipt.

Exchange:

If the size you ordered does not fit well and you need a different size, kindly use the contact us form for personalized assistance. However, please note that you will be responsible for couriering the product back to us.

How can I send the product back?

You can send the product back to us using any courier service or registered post.

To which address should I return the products?

Please email us at namasthe@mawabro.com along with the order ID, and we will promptly share the necessary return address details.

Can mawabro arrange a pick-up from my address?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer pickup services.

How much will I be reimbursed for the courier charges?

We kindly request that you select a cost-effective courier service. For the courier expenses associated with returning the product, we offer a maximum reimbursement of Rs. 100/- in the form of a coupon, which can be applied toward your next purchase.

When can I expect the new size to be delivered?

Once we have received the returned product, we will expedite the shipping of the new size to you. Please allow us a minimum of 7 days to process and dispatch the replacement.

Note: Only one exchange request per order is applicable.

Cancellation:

Cancellation requests are accepted if communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. To request cancellation, please email us at namasthe@mawabro.com along with the order ID. Once the cancellation is approved, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 2-3 working days.

Refund:

Refunds are issued in the form of a coupon. We refund the entire amount (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of a coupon, which can be used for your next purchase. You will need to courier the product back to us as mentioned above. Refund information will be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product to namasthe@mawabro.com.

Wrong/Damaged Product:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at namasthe@mawabro.com, and we will promptly address the situation to your satisfaction.
